My Approach
My therapeutic approach to treatment is to be active and directive. I provide both emotional support and practical feedback to help my clients navigate the challenges they face. I primarily work from a cognitive-behavioral therapy perspective; however, I have a strong background in psychodynamic therapy and will integrate this into my work when appropriate. I seek to provide compassion and empathy to each person I work with and I strive to help my clients build upon their strengths and find meaning in their lives.
